I love Malaysia so much!!! This is because I can taste a variety of foods in this country. Many foreigners also like Malaysian food so much. They even choose Malaysia as their travelling country. Some of them came to Malaysia annually because of Malaysian food!!! Malaysia is a country that consists of many ethnics and each ethnic groups have their own dishes. Food preparation differs from place to place, even though they are cooking the same food. Thus, it can have different taste and decoration. We can taste and experience the differences especially travelling around Malaysia.

There are a variety of foods for different ethnic groups such as Malaysian Malay food, Chinese food, Indian food and others... Actually, Malay cuisine's food have many similarities with Indonesian cuisine. Some of the regional traditions from Indonesian. Malay dishes are usually revolve around Rempah, which is a spice paste or mix similar to Indian Masala. Next, i will introduce Malaysian Chinese food in my blog. Malaysian Chinese food is derived from mainland Chinese cuisine. However, it has been influenced by local ingredients and dishes from other cultures though it remains distinctly Chinese. Most of the Chinese meals have pork as their sub-ingredient. Nowadays, there are many restaurants serving food in Halal because most Malay in Malaysia are Muslims and Islam forbids them from eating pork. The examples of Chinese food are char kway teow, bak kut teh, loh mee, chee cheong fun, dim sum, hokkien mee, kway chap, hainanese chicken rice and so on.
